Technique of Master Wu

Class Passive Monk
Under the tutelage of Wu, Monks are able to hone their skills to the point of being able to execute a second and sometimes even third strike when scoring a hit with their special attacks. Rank 1 provides 100 DoubleSpecialAttack for monk skills, each subsequent rank adds 50 up to 350 at rank six. At 100 the first bonus attack is always guaranteed, then DoubleSpecialAttack is divided by 4 and tested again, as such no second attack is guaranteed until 400 DoubleSpecialAttack. Each subsequent guarantee would require four times the previous DoubleSpecialAttack value.
