per character, not per account — a roster of alts can't inflate it. Raid kills

Do you lead Seeking Arelia?
Sign in with Discord and, if a character on your account is its
Leader or a Senior Officer, you can set the banner and recruitment details straight
away. Each save is published under that character's name.
Roster, ranks and the message of the day are read live from the game — the site never writes to it.
Only the banner and recruitment details are stored here, and only officers can change them.
